Rosemont College’s Olesya Kuchma (Jr., St. David’s, PA/Radnor) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference women’s tennis player of the week for the week ending September 25, 2011. She helped the Ravens to a 3-0 week against CSAC competition, as she went a combined 6-0. At the number one singles spot, she posted victories over Notre Dame (MD) (6-3, 6-1), Philadelphia Biblical (6-1, 6-1), and Immaculata (6-0, 6-0), while teaming with Kirsten Sanford to go 3-0 at number one doubles, with an 8-5 win over Notre Dame (MD) and 8-4 victories over both Philadelphia Biblical and Immaculata.
