McLaren went 4-0 to start the season, picking up wins over DeSales, FDU-Florham, Vassar and Scranton. In the Scranton game, he made 12 saves as Montclair won in overtime. He also posted 12 saves in the win over FDU, and eight each in wins over DeSales and Vassar.Â
