Taggert won the heptathlon at the Cortland Red Dragon Open with an AARTFC qualifying score of 3652 points.
On Saturday, Taggert won the heptathlon high jump (1.56m) and shot put (10.78m) and came in second in the 100-meter hurdles (15.81) and 200-meters (28.91). On Sunday, she was second in long jump (4.55m), third in the 800-meters (2:53.89) and third in javelin (16.15m).
