Frank competed in three events on Tuesday’s Misericordia Twilight meet, placing seventh in the javelin, eighth in the discus and 10th in the shot put.  At this point in the season, Frank has Top 10 marks in all three of those throws, including a 30.16m throw in the discus, good for third-best in the CSAC.
