Immaculata University’s Chelsea McTigue (Jr., F West Chester, PA/Villa Maria Academy) was named the Colonial States Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending November 29. McTigue helped lead the Mighty Macs to a 3-0 start. She averaged 21.7 points and 6.7 rebounds per outing in three games last week. The junior forward was 28 of 47 from the field for a .596 shooting percentage. Following her 31-point performance in Immaculata’s opening win against Penn State Berks, McTigue was selected the Bryn-Mawr Tip-off Tournament MVP. She had 21 points against Penn State-Abington and added 12 points opposite Rosemont in the tournament’s championship game.
