Neumann University’s Sean Armstrong was named the Colonial States Athletic Conference player of the week in men’s basketball for the week ending February 14th, 2010. Armstrong helped the Neumann Knights to a 3-0 record in the CSAC this week with all the victories coming on the road for the Knights. The guard started the week by hitting 2 critical free throws down the stretch to help Neumann gain a key road win against Gwynedd Mercy. While only scoring 4 points Armstrong recorded 8 rebounds and had 4 blocks. The senior forward recorded a 22 point 20 rebound game against Philadelphia Biblical; including 9 offensive rebounds. He bounced back the next day to record another double-double against Baptist Bible with 22 points and 10 rebounds going 8-10 from the floor and 6-6 from the foul line.
