Cabrini Captures Men's Lacrosse CSAC Championship
Radnor, Pa - The 9th ranked Cabrini men's lacrosse team captured its 10th consecutive Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) title with a 20-3 win over Gwyendd-Mercy College on Saturday afternoon. Senior attackman and CSAC player of the year Casey Grugan was named the game's most valuable player totaling six points with four goals and two assists.
This marked the first men's lacrosse championship game for Gwynedd-Mercy College in just the programs second year of exsistence.
Cabrini College will receive the automatic qualifier to the NCAA men's lacrosse tournament.
