Rosemont captures 2021 CSAC Golf title

TELFORD, Pa. – Rosemont College won its third straight Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) men’s golf crown as the Ravens shot a two-day total of 675 to win the 2021 CSAC title on Saturday afternoon at Indian Valley Country Club.
The Ravens posted two-day scores of 374 and 328, head of runner-up Cairn University who was second with a total of 825.
Cairn University’s Ryan Borrmann was the individual champion with a total score of 160 over the two days. On Saturday, he shot a 77, shaving six strokes off of his total from Friday.
Rosemont’s Sam Reynolds was runner-up with a 162 (81-81), while teammate Paul Fedele was third with a 164 (82-82). Liam O’Rourke from Rosemont was fourth with a total of 173 (92-81) and Rosemont’s Quentin Davis was fifth with a score of 176 (92-84). All five earned first-team All-CSAC honors.
Sixth place went to Jake Torres from Rosemont with a 179 (92-87), followed by Josh Howells from Wilson in seventh place with a score of 201 (103-98), Jack Dunham from Clarks Summit in eighth place with a score of 204 (98-106) and a tie for ninth between Connor Martin of Wilson and Jake Edwards from Cairn who shot identical rounds of 211 (105-106). Piace finishers six through ten earned second-team All-CSAC.
