CSAC Announces Weekly Award Winners for December 5, 2022
VILLANOVA, Pa. – The Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) has announced its Players of the Week for December 5, 2022. This includes Players of the Week in Men's and Women's Basketball as well as Honor Roll selections in each sport.
This week's selections included contests from Monday, November 28 through Sunday, December 4. A total of fifteen student-athletes were recognized for their performances.
Men's Basketball
Offensive Player of the Week
Jack Anderson | So. | Keystone College | G | Davie, FL./Western High School
Anderson averaged 35 points per game in a 1-1 week for Keystone, including a career-high 49 points on Tuesday night. Anderson shot 8-14 on three-pointers while playing all 45 minutes in the OT loss against Marywood. His 49-point performance ties the single-game program record at Keystone.
Defensive Player of the Week
Daivel Jackson | Jr. | Keystone College | F | Kingston, NY./Hudson Valley CC/SUNY Sullivan/Kingston HS
Jackson was all over the court for the Giants pulling down 23 rebounds, 6 blocked shots and 4 steals as the Giants completed a 1-1 week.

Ashton West scored 21 points in 23 minutes played shooting 7-13 from the field and 9-6 from the line in the Defender's loss…..

Offensive Player of the Week
Ashlyn Messinger | Fy.. | Clarks Summit University | G | Fredericksburg, PA./Northern Lebanon
Messinger lead the Defenders with 28 points and 5 steals against Wilson on Saturday while averaging a double-double (18 points per game/12 rebounds per game) with 5 total steals during the Defender's 1-1 week playing 74 out of a possible 80 minutes.
Defensive Player of the Week
Ashley Wilson | Sr. | Cedar Crest College | G | Norwalk, CT./Norwalk
Wilson collected 20 rebounds and 11 steals while playing all 80 minutes and adding 37 points over the Falcons' two games this past week.
