Ten CSAC Members Represented in Final 2022-23 Learfield Standings

VILLANOVA, Pa – Seven core members of the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) and three associate members earned a place in the final standings for the Learfield Directors’ Cup presented by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA).  Bryn Athyn College, Cairn University, Cedar Crest College, Keystone College, Notre Dame of Maryland University, and Wilson College are core members of the CSAC who earned a place on the final rankings. 

The Learfield Directors’ Cup is determined by a scoring system which rewards a school for success during the NCAA Division III Championships across the entire school year.

Bryn Athyn, Wilson and Rosemont tied for 238th place with 50.00 points accumulated on the season.  Bryn Athyn had both Women’s Soccer and Women’s Lacrosse qualify for the NCAA Tournament.  Wilson sent Field Hockey and Men’s Basketball to the NCAA Tournament.  Rosemont’s Men’s Soccer and Softball teams won the CSAC and represented the league in NCAA Tournament play.

Cairn, Cedar Crest, Keystone, and Notre Dame (MD) tied for 289th place with 25.00 points on the season.  Cairn’s Women’s Tennis team, Cedar Crest’s Women’s Volleyball team, Keystone’s Baseball team, and Notre Dame (MD)’s Women’s Basketball team all won the CSAC and represented the league in NCAA Tournament play.

Associate members Alfred State College (190th place), Gallaudet University (163rd place), and Penn St. Behrend (210th place) are a part of the CSAC in outdoor track and field and solidified their place in the final rankings due to strong performances in at the NCAA Championships.
