ROSEMONT, Pa. - Notre Dame of Maryland University sophomore forward
Daija Fitchett and Bryn Athyn junior forward
Clayshonia Cogmon were named as the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Player and Defensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon by the conference office.
Fitchett led the Gators to a win over the University of Valley Forge by scoring 25 points on 10-for-15 shooting from the field. She also had four blocks and two steals.
Cogmon had six steals and six rebounds in the win over Bryn Mawr. She also grabbed 14 rebounds in a loss to PS-Brandywine, averaging ten rebounds in two games.
