Colonial States Athletic Conference

ROSEMONT, Pa. - Notre Dame of Maryland University sophomore forward Daija Fitchett and Bryn Athyn junior forward Clayshonia Cogmon were named as the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Player and Defensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon by the conference office. 

Fitchett led the Gators to a win over the University of Valley Forge by scoring 25 points on 10-for-15 shooting from the field. She also had four blocks and two steals.

Cogmon had six steals and six rebounds in the win over Bryn Mawr. She also grabbed 14 rebounds in a loss to PS-Brandywine, averaging ten rebounds in two games. 

Honor Roll selections went to Centenary University forward Carly Tarnowski who averaged 6.5 rebounds and two steals per game...Notre Dame of Maryland freshman guard Jaylah Lewis who had six rebounds in the win over UVF...Bryn Athyn junior guard Nicole Lincifort who averaged 13 points and 16 rebounds in two games...Centenary University guard Victoria Jacobs who averaged 14 points and four rebounds in two games...Saint Elizabeth sophomore guard Maria Devincenzo who averaged 14.7 points and 4.7 rebounds in three games.

Nicole Lincifort posted a double-double for Bryn Athyn in a win over Bryn Mawr as she scored 13 points and grabbed 16 rebounds…Dakota Hitchner had 17 points for Cairn in the loss to Immaculata…Mackenzie Borger had 19 points for Cedar Crest against PS-Berks, while she scored 13 against Arcadia…Centenary put three players in double figures in a win over SUNY-Delhi as Carly Tarnowski scored 18 points, while Victoria Jacobs added in 17…Candace Winkel scored 20 points for Clarks Summit in its win over Pratt…Kamani Williams and Kamille Jacobs were named to the All-Tournament team at Susquehanna after falling in the title game to the host River Hawks…Keystone women were idle last week and will host Misericordia on Monday night…Daija Fitchett scored 25 points for Notre Dame of Maryland in its win over Valley Forge…. Ke'alohilani Naone-Carter finished with 14 points, five rebounds and four assists for Rosemont in its loss to Lycoming…Jordyn Day had 19 points for Wilson in its loss to Immaculata…
