ROSEMONT, Pa. – Clarks Summit sophomore guard
Elizabeth Singleton and Keystone sophomore guard
Mac Oribello were named as the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Women’s Basketball Player and Defensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon by the conference office.
Singleton, who won the award for the second time this season, averaged 15 points and 10.6 rebounds in a 3-0 week for the defenders. In the win over Saint Elizabeth, who came into the game unbeaten the CSAC, she scored 13 points and had 13 rebounds, while adding eight assists in the win. She had 17 points and 12 rebounds in the win over Rosemont on Thursday.
Oribello, who won Defensive Player of the Week honors for the first time season after winning Player of the Week back on November 18, led a Giant defensive unit that held opponents to just 53 points per game and just 32.4 percent shooting from the field. She had 11 steals on the week.

Daija Fitchett who averaged 12.6 rebounds per game in three contests last week…Bryn Athyn junior forward
Clayshonia Cogmon who averaged 15.6 rebounds in three games with 23 coming in the win over Wilson…Centenary freshman forward
Carmen Escano who averaged 12 rebounds a game for the Cyclones and had 13 rebounds in the win over Cairn.
