ROSEMONT, Pa. – Bryn Athyn senior guard Okoye Taylor and Keystone junior guard Tone Cockrell were named as the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Men’s Basketball Player and Defensive Player of the Week by the conference office on Monday afternoon. . This marks the final week for basketball players of the week for the 2019-2020 season.

Taylor scored a career-high 34 points, on 11-for-21 shooting, in a win over top-seed Centenary University on Wednesday night. He connected on 7-of-13 three pointers in the win.

Cockrell had eight defensive rebounds and a steal for the Giants in a win over Saint Elizabeth on Saturday.

Honor Roll selections went to Rosemont junior forward Corey McGarry who had 17 points in a win over Bryn Athyn..Keystone senior guard Ray Mills who scored 27 points in his final game for Keystone, a win over Saint Elizabeth…Cairn senior guard Malachi Hall who averaged 15 points for the Highlanders in two wins.

Tariq Moore had 23 points for Bryn Athyn in its season closing loss to Rosemont…Tyler Carrier had a team-high 15 points for Cairn on Senior Day in its win over Wilson…Billy Veras had 28 points and ten rebounds for Centenary in its loss at Bryn Athyn…Aytor Alberto scored 28 points off the bench for Clarks Summit in its season finale against Cairn…Ray Mills had 27 points for Keystone in its season finale against Saint Elizabeth…Perry Belcher had 19 points and 12 rebounds for Rosemont in a win over Bryn Athyn…Cam Tucker scored 27 points for Saint Elizabeth in a season ending loss to Keystone…Zachary Powell had 14 points for Wilson in its loss to Rosemont.
