ROSEMONT. Pa. – Keystone sophomore guard Bella Lamonea and College of Saint Elizabeth junior forward Kamani Williams were named as the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Women’s Basketball Player and Defensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon by the conference office.

Lamonea helped the Giants clinch a CSAC playoff spot by averaging 29 points per game and 7.5 rebounds per game in a 2-0 week, including 33 points in Wednesday's win over Clarks Summit. Lamonea shot 64.5 percent from the field (20-of-31) during the week.

Williams averaged 13 points, 13.5 rebounds (9.0 defensive rebounds), and was 13-for-19 (68.4 percent) from the floor in a 2-0 week with victories over Centenary and Wilson. Helped limit Wilson to just 58 points.

Honor Roll selections went to Notre Dame of Maryland forward Daija Fitchett who averaged 16 rebounds per game in a 1-1 week for the Gators…Cedar Crest guard Ashley Wilson who averaged 19 points per game, including 25 in a win over Cairn…College of Saint Elizabeth guard Rakiyah Sellers who averaged 26 points per game, with 30 point performance against Wilson in which she sank 10-of-14 three pointers…Notre Dame of Maryland forward Ayana Brim who 25 points in a 1-1 week with 27 points coming against Clarks Summit.
