ROSEMONT, Pa. - Notre Dame of Maryland freshman midfielder
Sara Morales and junior goalkeeper
Marie Salas were named as the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Women's Lacrosse Player and Defensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon by the conference office.
Morales had 12 goals and three assists in a 1-1 week for the Gators. She had the game winning goal, one of her seven goals, against Lancaster Bible along with 14 draw controls. Salas had 19 saves on the week, including five in the win over Lancaster Bible.
Honor Roll selections went to Keystone College's Savanna Robinson who had five points (3g, 2a) in the loss to Wesley...Keystone College's Daphne Leenas who had 19 saves against Wesley.
