ROSEMONT, Pa. - Penn State Behrend junior Eric Stehlik was named as the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Men’s Track Athlete of the Week, while Keystone College sophomore Adrian Viruet was named as the Men’s Field Athlete of the Week on Tuesday afternoon by the conference office.  

For the women, Keystone senior Alex Myers was named as the Field Athlete of the Week, while Cedar Crest sophomore Kiley Marone was named as the Track Athlete of the Week.

Stehlik captured the 200m at the Alfred State Early Invitational with a time of 22.60, and was third in the 400 meter dash with a time of 51.22. He was also part of the winning 4x1 relay team with a time of 43.34.

Viruet tossed a 50.72 meters in the javelin to win the event.

Honor Roll selections went to Penn State Behrend freshman thrower Dan Dabrowski who won the discus with a toss of 43.49 meters….Alfred State freshman Nathan Chambers who first in the hammer throw with a toss of 48.03 meters, and finished fifth on the discus with a toss of 36.70 meters. He also threw a 10.26 in the shot put…Keystone freshman Asad Brown who ran the lead-off lap of the winning 4x100 relay (47.91) and placed 3rd in the 200 (23.93). He also captured first in the long jump at 6.18m.

Marone was third in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:27, while finishing second in the 3000 meters with a time of 12:47 to help lead the Falcons to an overall first-place finish in the Keystone Duals. This marked the first dual competition for Cedar Crest.

Myers placed 1st in the pole vault, winning at 2.28m. She placed second in the javelin at 29.25m, second in the long jump at 4.72m (15' 6"), third in shot put at 8.89m, and fifth in the discus at 22.73m.

Honor Roll selections went to Penn State Behrend senior Savanna Carr who was 14th in the 800 (2:38.77) and 8th in the 1500 (5:24.31)…Penn State Behrend junior Maria Campbell who was third in the Pole Vault at Alfred State with a height of 2.90 meters…Cedar Crest senior Adrianna Tennis who won the javelin at Keystone with a throw of 36.25 meters…Alfred State sophomore Emma Taggart who was first in the high jump with a height of 1.60 meters, second in the long jump at 4.94 meters and was sixth in the Javelin with a toss of 19.20 meters.

Opening Lap
In its first ever meet in school history, Cedar Crest won the Keystone Duals with a total team score of 53 points...Alfred State and Penn State Behrend participated in the Alfred State Invitational....Keystone men finished first at the Keystone Duals, while the women were second.
